Meet Dr. Timothy M. Talbott

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Talbott graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1997. He completed a two year general practice residency at Miami Children’s Hospital in Coral Gables, FL. Dr. Talbott served as the Chief Resident during his second year of hospital training. During his residency program, Dr. Talbott earned a Masters of Science Degree in Health Service Administration from Barry University. His graduate program in Endodontics was completed at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2001. As a dental student, Dr. Talbott was active in several local and national dental organizations. Most notably, Dr. Talbott served as the national president and board chairman of the American Student Dental Association representing a membership of over 16,000 dental students. In addition, Dr. Talbott has served both state delegations and national delegations of the American Dental Association. He has presented at local, state and national meetings, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, American Association of Dental Schools and the American Association of Dental Examiners. Dr. Talbott looks forward to continued involvement with leadership roles in organized dentistry. Dr. Talbott established his own Endodontic practice in Naples, Florida in 2001.He brings with him the latest techniques and most advanced knowledge in the field of Endodontics. He is board eligible and is actively pursuing his board certification from the American Board of Endodontics.


Meet Dr. Scott D. Shwedel

Dr. Scott Shwedel was born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2006. Upon graduation he completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Michigan. After completing his training, Dr. Shwedel practiced general dentistry in a private office for two years in Taylor, Michigan. While practicing general dentistry he developed an affinity for Endodontics. Dr. Shwedel then completed his post graduate training in Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University in 2011. After Completing his Endodontic program, Dr. Shwedel moved to the Naples area, started practicing as an Endodontist, got married, and started a family. Dr. Shwedel and his wife, Jessica, were over the moon to welcome their daughter, Leah Brooke, in November of 2013, and just a few years later, Seth Tobias in December of 2017. In his free time Dr. Shwedel enjoys fishing, SCUBA diving, underwater photography, jogging, and he has recently taken up golf. Dr. Shwedel is a board certified Endodontist and also a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association the Florida Dental Association.
